My progress is not being saved to my account

Since a few days ago only fragments of the progress I make is being saved to my account. I'll play for a few hours and earn around 2000 GP then exit the game. When I login the next day I only have like 500 of that GP. Even just today I played for about 3 hours and earned like 2026 GP. I went to the Black Market to buy a GP crate, when selecting how many crates to buy it says I only have 26GP. I get out of that menu and it says I have 2026GP. I go to another server, now it's saying I have like 1375GP. I go into the Black Market, select a GP crate, and in the menu to select how many crates to buy, it's saying my balance is like -638GP.

I don't want the GP I just want the error fixed so I can earn GP and buy stuff with it. This happens even when I don't switch between servers or even channels. I'll play the entire time on one channel on the same server, exit the game from the lobby of that channel, and I'll come back to find only 1/4 or none of my progress has been saved.

Though, I do have another strange bit to add. Today I did the daily mission of Zone13 MM 7 games. I got the Dread character for my 10th mission completed. I exited the game, logged back in later and my daily mission hadn't been completed but I still had the Dread character. So I completed it again and now I have the Dread for like 14 days instead of 7.

I have Windows Vista with Comcast Internet if that makes any difference.
