Hey people, I think the Barrett .50C is a must have sniper rifle for this game.Although its a semi automatic we all know that Barrett is a one shot kill sniper rifle.

It's already been stated that the Barrett .50 caliber sniper rifle will NEVER be added to this version of Cross Fire.

i mean sure its overpowered as it is atm, but i mean just the skin, with decresed dmg, may a bit more than AWM and all would be fine *think*

Not. Any higher than the AWMs current power would be one hit kill period. -
awm is 1 hit...
so if u increase just a bit that the barret may makes like 90 dmg to the legs not 80 like the awm, it wont be to powerfull...
That's why I said it would be a one hit kill period. The AWM is a one hit kill in the chest and head now. Not always a one hit in the legs and arms so yeah.. Any higher power and it would be one hit kill on the legs and arms. -

as i said, if u would have read the whole text, than i said awm does ~80 dmg for legshot
so if u just make it to ~90 it wouldnt be 1 hit everywhere... u still can legshot and he dont die... -

To bad that wouldn't work. The devs don't like doing that with weapons. They'd make it the all powerful sniper rifle with over 800 damage for headshot on mutant with a 1 hit kill on soldiers everywhere. And then when the community begged to have it nerfed the devs would do nothing about it. -

ye sure they wont do anything cuz they just copy from other versions and copy in our, i was just saying.
but the point is that this gun is so damn smexy and its "stupid" to keep it away just cuz of the power, which u could decrese... -

i don't know why people always lie about the damage on the barrett. everyone always says it does 1k to the head. it does 500 to the head and 300-400 to the body and 100-200 to the arms and legs -

They aren't going to add the regular Barrett .50 cal any time soon, which is bolt action in Crossfire, because they feel it is too overpowered. And here you are suggesting a FULL AUTOMATIC Barrett .50 cal? Automatic: 35, are you mad, son? Not even the PSG-1 RD or the MSG90 fires that fast, and they are a 2-shot kill sniper rifles.
