FPS "Laggs"

Hi guys,

Currently my fps falling sometimes down to 10-30 it happens random and just for 2-3 minutes than they rise again to 100-150.
It happens very often when i play CF a long time but sometimes too when i just use for example facebook. What can I do to fix that ?
