that's what losers always say.Who gives a sh1t about the WC... Especially when Canada had like no one on their team.
The olympics are all that matters and guess what happened to Russia when they played Canada in 2010...
7-2 if I remember correctly. -

We aren't talking bout CF...
@Tastylimes: Thats why we broke a olympic record for most gold medals last year right? Also, Steve Nash? Joey Votto? Just a few non-hockey players that have been named MVP of their leagues in the past couple years. -
Russia is awesome.
Canada is awesome as well
They both are probably the only two people that could visit each other, not freeze to death nor complain too much about weather. Plus both good at hockey.
Known fact, Russia was once the dominant team on the rink. Their tactics are what shaped how hockey was played. -

Until USA beat them in the olympics and chase them off the ice, because the Russian siad we are cheating or something. -

Don't know when that happened, but that wasn't during the hockey revolution.
There's been alot of bad rep for teams over the years of poor sportsmanship sadly. They take it further than just a game now. -
nash, votto, and morneau are the only great players that don't play hockey and they're not even talked about since they play on teams that can't do anything right on a consistent basis. We aren't talking bout CF...

Agree, with all the new rules and so on...
Player are starting to act like little kids with getting hurt to draw a penalties.
Back in the old days which to be is 1996, players just played for the game. Now it starting to look like any other USA sport. -

Greztkeys 92 goals in one season would be the toughest record to beat actually... Also, about what you were talking about with Talonblaze. It was the Flyers making them leave the ice back in... 1974. I think it was because the Russians could not handle the Flyers style of play.
@T1gerblood: You should watch SportsCentre in Canada.

In fact of people that doesn't know how hockey work. First in Canada there's the most important hockey tournament, and also the biggest 'sport's event' called the Stanley Cup. It's the oldest sports event in Canada and also in Hockey history.
And in fact when somebody win a cup a years it's twice harder for them to win it again the next year because they are worn out. So Russia we'll talk about hockey again in the next Olympic in 3 years ok ? -
Russians ftw i think
maybe its cuz im russian lol, i dont watch hockey much but i think canada and russia are equal opponents in skill and stuff, both canadians and russians contributed to hockey in becoming a popular sport tho :O
but still...russia's better xD -
why would you explain that to me? i mean i clearly didn't post that i live in canada and watch sportscentre.TheRealCoon wrote: »In fact of people that doesn't know how hockey work.
