Security question...

So i have no idea what my security question or email is because i made this account a very long time ago and just cant remember what they were. I have bought probably 40k zp and would like to make a clan but i know if i do make a clan i need my security question to do most things plus i wont be able to delete the clan after i make it. Is there ANY other way to get my security question besides email? And the customer support just tells me to give them the email i registered with....even though i explained i have no idea what that is.

So is there any way to recover the question without the email you registered with? Hearing from a mod who doesnt tell me to fill out a support ticket would be nice

Thanks PM me though cause i probably wont look back on the thread.
And i need step by step instructions.

Stop with the spam or you will get infracted. Literally.

    Use the search bar.

As far as account issues go, send in a support ticket.
  • And that's why you make a meaningful security answer.

Slapping the keyboard only works in the short run.

Haha yeah well usually your security question is just if you ever need to recover your account in most games and i never expect to get hacked so until this game ive never actually had to use it before, and also that is the only thing the security question was for for the 1st year of this game.

I hate to be the bad news delivery guy, but most things in the world that is done over the internet like, banking, games, blogs... require a security question and valid email address.

No company is going to give this security question out to anyone that calls or submits a support ticket because there nice.

And creating a thread for help that no one can offer is going to help.

So my question is to you, is why you dont know your email address?

There alot if things I can say about that question, but I would like to heard it from your mouth.

When you create a CF account. You have to prove a email account. If you don't know that information then either you are trying to hack someone account. please dont take that the wrong way, or you fat fingered the keyboard when you created this account.

Any which way, CF or any company is not responsible for lost of information that you proved to them.

So without knowing that right information to recover your account. You may as well forget this happen and move on.
  • send this to support along with your proof of purchase

you dont have to proove its your email you just need a valid email so i would just type ina random email

Proof of purchase? purchase of what?

Then you have just answered your own question. It's not CF problem that you typed in a random email address.

Okay, then start a new account and try to remember the email account. There no way to recover something that not there. Get it?

No, please again. It not CF or any company responsible to remember your email account. With out this information. CF willn't release and information that belongs to this account "AKA security question".

Since this is a run on useless thread, i will not play back.

I'm sure you can find the rules and policies of CF some way if you look hard enough.

  • Lol, Just fill in 2 real info in ur account/GG
  • DFearULuv2H8 beat me too it but I'll just +1 his postS lol
You can't really do anything about it. You really shouldn't forget stuff like this. If I were you, I would either make a new account, or try remembering my answer or email/pass. By the way if you make a new account throwing away 40 k zp isn't THAT much, but if you feel it is, the remembering thing is your only way
  • Same thing happend to me on my old account, ended up giving up on it, and making a new account:

My advice to you would be to do the same, unless you have an awfull lot of free time.
