cannot join channel

i have login my account and when i join any channel it just stay on Joinning channel please waiting... and wait a while it disconnected and buddy server is unable to show and it show ZP:waiting...,i try other account and it all working,only this account its not working account:a.k.a-Hitman , plz help me with this problem i want to know why???
