Account Hacked > no Secret answer

Hi all
First, I'm sorry if i don't speak good english but i'm french ^^

I have a big problem: today, when i connected in my account i saw that i had 0 zp but for the last time, i had 10 000zp.
It's sure, someone hacked my account (he lefted my clan) but i have always the password but him too...
I'm a very big noob because i forgot my secret answer and my email wich i create my account..

It's possible to do something for me pls ? The first nickname was "Hamster85" and now, it is "cD]Hamster["
I can't give u evidence because i dont pay zp (free zp) but i can give u the name or my first weapon or something like this ?
