Virus in Installer Crossfire

Hi all . I want to ask .

I try to download CrossFire . But when the download is complete, the installer file could not be opened. After that, get out a notice that the installer detected as virus by NIS 2011

are that only false alarm ? just disable ?

disable norton when you're downloading/installing. you'll have to redownload a new copy of the installer.

norton detects downloaded exe's as false positives.
