I'm inclined to think that you gave your account to someone to use who you thought you could trust, and found out you could not. Another possibility would be that you or someone you know downloaded a program that contained a keylogger, and someone else got the information for using your account.
Those are more plausible scenarios than someone "hacking" your account, which requires a lot more work than it would be worth.

Since now there allot of hackers "reports" it can even take longer for them to proceed your ticket!
So you need to wait that is all I can say....
Reply on your tickets and it may notice them
But really getting your acc back is low chance
You need all the information you have;
Payment history of ZP proof(Your bankacc as proof or creditcard or paypal acc history)
Email/old email
Old passwords
Screenshots of your account
and as extra replay's of your self playing
Just get as much proof as you can and send it to them and wait! -

Just re-install the windows b4 i played cf then went to sleep , and the day after tried to log-in but it's gone -

Than you obviously tried downloading something illegal but you noticed it was a virus
so you reinstalled windows

There's hundred of person who send tickets each days, it's normal to wait a bit in order to get an answer, and spamming isn't good since the last ticket you sent goes at the bottom of the pile ...
