People just randomly left. I may be looking. Can't hold a team together and get chemistry cause everyone randomly leaves for no reason except for, we can't play as a team.

I really don't think you guys should break up. You have a good core with potential to do a lot better than you have. You just need to consistently play with those people and improve your teamwork instead of adding new players to the lineup every other day, hoping they'll make you better
