Cross Fire on windows 7

Can you play cross fire on windows 7? I saw some people saying you can't. Is it true??

I'm using windows7 right now. It's just your ping might be higher than it's supposed to be. I use Gamebooster Premium. Also, when you join a lobby, open your task manager and set your crossfire priortity to "low". That will decrease your ping but not your fps.

Works fine. Except there is one thing you might have to change if you see your ping is going crazy. There's a temp fix that you can do everytime you start CrossFire, or a perm fix that you can change in a file.

Though, not sure if the devs corrected this yet.

What is that perm fix exactly? I've only heard of the temp one

I converted my PC from XP to Win 7 and the Ping stayed the same, but things seem to be more stable...I am not getting randomly disconnected while in game anymore. So I am glad I switched.

the OS has nothing to do with it... its all about the hardware.

i can't play CF on w7 because my hardware can't take the software... get it?

so i use XP instead, plus i like to keep it oldschool.

I think he means generally, can CF perform under Win 7.

But yes, your OS will affect many factors whilst gaming, most notable being everything runs hella smoother on XP.

I play crossfire in windows 7
Crossfire is currently working on all windows.
but in windows 7 has presented some problems .. that can be solved right-clicking on the file and see the opening with administrator rights, or else opening the windows xp compatibility mode! good luck
