still no response..

so i went a support ticket late last week on wednesday night around 11pm, still no response from the support team and its almost a week later. Is this usual or should i simply send another ticket and hope some one acctually replies?

Does the status on the ticket still say OPEN? closed? let me know the details, perhaps they just haven't gotten to it yet.

thanks for the reply talon it says open, in about 10 hours it would have been a full working week so bit anxious for a reply sorry

If thats the case, it hasn't been directly looked at yet then, since its not a thing for Support to ignore tickets without a reply or closing them. Just be a little more patient. ^..^ You also have to remember you can't count weekends since they don't work those days.
