Z8 Survey Problem

Hey, I cannot access the survey page. Everytime I click on deposit and try to agree to the terms, it directs me to a new page. Please help me. I really need the ZP for a clan name change!

No... It just worked when I watched a movie. But after I click claim ZP. It directed me to a new page and then stopped working again. I'm not banned, I have the honorable soldier ribbon.

He mean banned from the survey pages, not in game. If you gived fake information to take ZP or if you used a proxy server then you have been banned!

It works on my laptop. Just not my computer -.- and my computer is pretty slow...

what's on this page? could be what our friend said ... you may have been banned, or some proxy configuration among other things .. with so little detail there is no answer = /

Well. I go on Mall. I click on Deposit as usual. Click on Free Survey or whatever it was. Then when the terms of agreement pop up and you have to choose I agree or I disagree, it automatically directs that page to a New blank page that says New tab at the top. And when I click back, it starts me back off at the mall page again.
