get account back
hey i have a question
a hacker managed it to get my password (because a friend of mine had a trojan or something like that on his pc). unfortunatly there was a open support ticket at the same time, in which i wrote al my account data (email, IP, security answer etc.)
the hacker now changed the email and the password. now he sold my account for about 25 $.
now the question is, is there a way to get my account back? i have the old password, security answer (email not), and some movies and screenshots i did with my account. I also purchased ZP several times with paysafecard.
pls i like this game and don't want to restart.
help me
btw, its not this account, it's a golden pommes account named blut_im_auge.
i also have several friends who can proof that i am the real owner.

they can try to get it back for you, but their rules basically state, if you screw up it's your loss, they probably wont do anything to help. best way to deal with the game is to make sure you have an antivirus program running all the time at least, keep them things outta your computer
