255220-03 error

Hello I'm making a think tank thread: if you are getting this error leave some info here

so far this problem is not OS bound, me and my wife get it both run different OS.

so far this problem isn't router based i know 10 people that is having this problem and all have different internet companies and different routers.( possible a setting that all router may need to be turned on or off?) upnp is turn on (thought someone would ask)

I have all the needed ports open as well has my firewall down on my computer and the problem still happens.

this problem amps on did server for me the clan server i can play pub all day and maybe get it 3 or 5 times but in clan server its every game..

so any input would help me try to ping point this problem seeing someone needs to try z8games has yet to comment on any of it all ive seen then do is point back to old post. but they dont work. so any info of out this problem started or what router and set up you have (with your firewall and ports). I seen in a comment some where that z8games made one comment on this problem and it has been it a internet connection problem and not a CF problem. But I like to know how its and internet problem with 100's of diff people having the same problem with all variable being different?
If a z8games mod reads this I mean no harm but help us with this if you dont know the problem help if find it.
