Z8 and hackers

Hello. I am very disappointed with the z8. when we send replays of hackers, the bane z8 never permanent. why ban for 7 days? why not outlaw permanent?? I'm tired of playing against hacker. accounts as captain, to use the hack.

Nice job reposting this, btw its not a account issue, its a basic complaint that is thrown around allot.

Z8 is doing their best in combating the hackers, the best thing that can help the problem out is reporting the hackers I suggest reading this: http://support.z8games.com/index.aspx?tb=cf&cid=9

Thats the best anyone can do. Z8 is working hard at it.

not much one can do other than report it. complaining won't move things along.
