I did this test behind a company network which you think when have some big lag, but ping mantain itself all 98.

Same here (since last weekend - Update?) getting around 240-260 in the wee hours, but 300+ daytime. Granted, I am playing from China - but that has never been a problem in the past.

Another thing - getting disconnected while loading now, with 'connection has been delayed' message. This has never happened before, so I guess that something has been changed with the latest patch.
