Improper Nickname Error Update

Hey,
Recently this patched introduced a bug which will not allow some players to create nicknames giving them a "Improper Word" error.
Thank you everyone for your reports. I just want to let you know that we're currently aware of this bug and finding the root of this problem. Our technical support team has addressed this issue as high priority and is working diligently to find a fix to this.
I'll keep you guys updated on the situation and continue to edit this post as it comes.
Update: Just an update, the issue has been fixed. If anyone has any further problems with this issue, feel free to send a ticket into our support system.

Maybe this might help with the error but when creating a nickname, it says "Max Characters .12", which we all know means 12 but the computer/program has read it as 0.12 Characters, that explains why it says "Nickname too long" if I just type in Hi. Hope this helps solve the problem Z8Games

People,If there are any Issues/Bugs or and Problems at all.Just send a support Ticket and they will EVENTUALLY fix the Problem.Don't talk sh*t about them...What would you rather have?Crossfire with problems being fixed or some game that fails because you people think they do nothing so they quit fixing bugs?

hey guys i had the same problem dont matter what i put there it always saying that it has inpropriate words. well i found the problem and the solution. before we doesnt had to activate the acc form the email. now we do. after i confirm my email i could select a nickname

cant log in
hey i cant log in.. everytime i try to log in they say i got a wrong name or password.
i also sent to my old AND new email adress the password
but i dont get an email..
please help me... i've written to the support but they does not answer...
