We will never contact you for personal information.
A GM/CM will not give you his MSN if you're a random user.
We have a support system in place to avoid things like this. Use it.
You can not get ahead in the queue by trying to talk to staff outside of the support system.
Screenshots of the user claiming to be FallenAngel or other staff would be appreciated though, and can be sent using PMs on this forum. Remember that this is NOT for personal information/account issues though.
