Stealing other peoples account
Hi everyone!
I just wanna say that lately players have been stealing other players account. I know u guys don´t give a **** about this problem but do something about it! Some players had their account stealed but they say that they haven´t give any information about their account! They must be using some sort of hacking tool to steal the accounts! If this keeps happening crossfire is gonna lose players! people have there account for more than a year an sudently they lose their account! please do something!!!

Firstly, Z8Games had given a large amount of instructions on how to keep your account information safe and that players who offer you Zp are just scamming. If you cannot understand this it's your problem. And secondly, you have to report players who are asking your account information by "printscreen" their proposals. Z8Games cannot ban hackers, account stealers and other illegal persons alone, who have to help "her". -

You only lose your account if you do something stupid and give out personal information. I bet someone asked you for your crossfire e-mail and password. And you actually responded to them - like an idiot. You DO NOT give away any personal information. You DO NOT acknowledge the people who prompt you for this information. And Lastly, YOU DO NOT under any circumstances go around telling people how much zp you have in your account.
They have account scamming programs that are usually dependent upon your email information - don't give anything to them! Don't even give a response!
PS: There is a new acc scamming ha.ck out that they use to direct you to a website that looks exactly like z8 games. And you will see the scammers fake account with a lot of zp in it to " prove there not lying to you!" In reality the website is fake (a phishing website of z8 games) and so is everything else you see on it. -

Its not just your account or e-mail. If anyone prompts you for any kind of related information don't even reply back to them.

No one can do that. No one. And those that can, do it to higher things, eg;
- hacking into the PSN network. -

You never heard of a "Keylogger" Have you? This is a virus that people release to get other peoples information when they log on to an account or make a credit card payment. You can easily get this virus by doing those surveys on the site or just by simply visiting a popular site used by many people. ex; Facebook, Myspace, Twitter , so on and so forth.Assclown321 wrote: »Ever hear of a little place called -(no dashes)?

Don't exploit any hack sites. -
Player's don't just magically lose their accounts.
They either did something they weren't supposed to by downloading a keylogger, probably from a 3rd party site. Or gave away that information.
Things like security questions are meant to protect user's from losing accounts that way. So even if they give out the username and pass this is supposed to be a means of recovery.
If they got your security question, its clear that it was given to them since only you know of the answer. If you didn't set the SQ, that is no one else's fault.
We have taken steps to player security and support is always there to help.
