can't delete a friend

I've tried deleting this person multiple times, even after I restart CF after I delete him and go back to server selection he appears on my friend list again?

I tried deleting him at the left corner via right-clicking and at the top right corner where it shows your list of friends but isn't working.

How can I delete this person in my friend list permanently?

Go up to the upper right-hand corner of the ingame screen, where those four grey buttons are. Click on the one that looks like a person, just to the right of the left-pointing arrow. It will now display your friends list. Look for your friend's IGN and click "Remove friend".
