are no recoil mods bannable

i have seen a lot of players using mods that when they spray they sorta burst fire soo fast that their spray doesnt waver... all their bullets hit in the center of the reticle. can we report players for using something like this, i have seen some high rank players blatently using either a gaming mouse set for rapid fire, or a burst mod.

technically it's a modification, either using software or a gaming mouse to do soo. soo it's not really a hack persay, though it is using 3rd party software to make you better at a game, though so is a graphics card and a good router/modem. not sure if it's bannable though. though one of the guys using it in my game was using wallhacks, so he's good as gone.
