Crossfire Keeps screwing with my account

I was doing the daily mission today - I picked 100 kills Mutant Mode in the Facility. I completed the daily mission in about 3 games. However nothing came up and i did not get a dog-tag or even the 500 gold. I went to the daily mission tab and it claimed I only did 11 kills O_O. Perhaps the error occurred when I must have went 11 kills over the daily mission and it restarted itself?

Second, I keep getting cheated with Black market 7-day weapons. The weapon I get will just go into my inventory with half life - and sometimes even no life at all o_O. What could even be causing these things to happen? Do you guys get this too?
