PLease Fix Ping Problem!

I have been posting posts about this since november 2010!
PLEASE FIX THE PING PROBLEM

Each patch increases my ping

Before xmas patch: ping 20-25 on all UK servers
After xmas patch: ping 250 on UK 1 +Uk2 and 20 on Uk 3+4

And NOW ping Uk1 + Uk 2= 250 and Uk 3+Uk4= 80-100

It is very annoying to lagg.
And when i do a speedtest my ping is 25! (connecting with a server in London)

PLEASE PLEASE solve this. I cant play normal anymore.
And i dont want to quit because of this stupid ping problem.

I am 100% sure that it isnt my cable/provider etc. and that it is the CF server.
