HELP!!I can't log in on website

I have another account, i can log in with acc and pw in game. But when i log in on z8game website. it says"check the account and password". is there anyway to fix this?
or i need to active something?
please help me! i appreciate it!

    Clear your cache for your web browser. there was a problem on the Clan link that is in the website earlier today, but that has been resolved.

    Unfortunately, this is still happening this morning. If it was the problem of my web browser. Why is that I can log in with one but not the other one.
