Bullet sound problem? (Not Mall issues)

Everytime i start playing all the sounds work but not bullets and granades and other weapon i tried with everything i cant get it to work! PLZ Someone help me!

Did you check Options? In the sound tab there are three sections, one for Music, one for Effects (or something like it), and one for Radio calls.

Make sure Effects is NOT disabled, and probably see if the volume bar on that is too low.
