Forgotten Security Question / Email

I have forgotten the answer to my security question and the currently registered email. I have put a lot of money into z8 points for this game and wish to ensure that I can keep the account. Is there any other way to prove that I am the real owner besides the ticket creator? I cannot complete the ticket creation with enough information to guarantee my identity.
Can I email a picture of photo I.D with the same name as the credit card I used to get z8 points? Or is there a number I can call to talk to someone?

    Quick answer.... no.

    Please do not send an email containing a Photo ID to ANYONE.

    In the ticket it asks for 2/3 items for validation, security Q&A, registration email, and account creation date.

    Transaction ID's are also apart of the ticket, but in a separate section, and you need to see the email receipts that are provided when you purchase ZP to see those transaction ID's
