Well... As dot stated, You become the product when doing surveys. Those companies literally sell your information off to other companies which either use your information or sell it as well.
Personally, Im not ok with that. THUS, I get zp the way thats safe and secure. -
here we go again... all of you people have bad customer service.. no point in taking screen shot after screen shot if theyre gunna ask for more proof and never pay.. and im pretty sure i do every thing they ask, and never get paid.. and i always contact them.. i dont get anything

Its their service, they have to offer support for it.
We don't offer support for other companies products.
If you don't feel that the time wasted on surveys is worth it, go ahead and buy ZP.

A Day, I sent the PIN Code with cellphone, registered on their site, downloaded the free gift... and no Zp?! I've paid 5Euros and NO ZP?!
Hopefully, I took screenshots of the process, gave my user name on their site and the PIN Code that I've submitted. I had to send it FOUR TIMES before a human answer.
Then, I had my 15.412ZP awared by customer service! -

Also, to the people who say you have to enter legitimate information...I think it was a GM or a mod....yeah, even that doesn't lead to getting the ZP. That was the whole problem I had--i.e. if my information is sold and I get phone calls and emails from a thousand people, I should get the ZP, but I don't. That's the whole point. You say you can't offer support for these companies which is understandable, but why would you want to be in business with such shady companies that don't stand by their word? -
lol i didnt even received the Netflix purchasable survey 24000 zp from Sometrics (afer they asked me for proof screenshots, i submited them and then they found a new excuse they wont reward me cuz i was using proxy a.k.a. hotspot shield, i think these survey companies are nothing more then Thieves.

yes this game does have bad customer service, thats why i dont bother to send in support tickets because i doubt they ever get looked at, seeing all the hackers around here.. and maybe you guys should concern about the surveys. since after all its on your game... and they arent paying us for completing every thing they ask for
Support Tickets are not for Hack Reports. Support tickets sent in to the wrong area will be redirected, usually with a note informing you (or anyone else) of the incorrect section for a ticket and/or to reopen one.
If a player sends in a support ticket requesting their account information and they do not properly fill out the form they are told to do so. Filling out the form is more efficient, saves time and is more official with proper listed information (in this specific example).
If you send in a ticket reporting a hacker the hack report gets looked at. Because we receive an incredibly large number of hack report tickets we simply do not have the time to send a personal response back to every one. An automated thank you message is displayed on the screen which clearly shows that we do not reply to hack report tickets.
I'm sorry if you mistake "bad customer service" with "I wanted a personal reply saying this hacker I reported has been banned". Under this pretense then every online game company would have bad customer service. Which is simply untrue.
As far as surveys go, the functionality of the surveys is maintained by us. And we provide the section on our website for them.
Surveys are a form of advertising. It's an interactive "click" instead of throwing a pop up window that says "YOU'VE WON!!!!". Surveys are a way of generating valid advertising revenue while offering something tangible to the customer.
You don't complain to your cable company when you see an advertisement you don't like on tv. And the cable company doesn't provide "bad support" because they will likely choose to ignore your request for "I don't like this advert". Or at the very least they will give you an automated response saying "thanks for your feedback, don't call us about these issues contact the makers of the advertisement."
So yes, I'm upset at your misconceptions. Because we're doing everything in our power on our team to try and improve Cross Fire and its service and support as best we can on a daily basis. We always take feedback on this support very seriously. But it becomes difficult when it's filled with misconceptions and anger with no real constructive feedback. -

Lol you make me laught. It's a type of scam. If proxies mattered they would block your access to the surveys if you use a proxy. However, they don't. They let you complete surveys (they get paid) but then they don't pay out their portion because they 'dont allow proxies'. -

TokenAds falsely identifies a proxy every time I try to use it...I don't have a problem with any of the other offer companies, and I don't use proxies. Anyone else encounter that mess? -
Just buy your ZP. I use Ultimate Gamecard. Then the survey companies can't sell my information to someone, and i don't have to put up with any bs. < winning. - Charlie Sheen.
They don't sell your information to anyone. They've terms of service as well. -

Do you get an error message or some sort of warning message with this?

What providers do you use ? The only one that ever worked for me was SuperRewards and each time I had a problem with an offer not giving me the ZP, as long as I had the confirmation mail, the customer service awarded them to me.
Surveys sucks though (I mostly do offers where you have to register and accept the newsletter), each time I did some, I spent a lot of time answering a lot of questions just to be told at the end that my profile didn't correspond...
I try not to do them anymore. -

Terrible to remove the garbage, and most times I don't even get credited for them...its been probably about 2 years since I was credited for a download offer. -

I can, but how do I go about it? Sorry, I haven't been on these forums much, but I have proof of this as it continues to happen.
