But seriously, if I've entered my email, have confirmed the email, and still have not gotten points, how is this justifiable on any level?

I myself Have done about 300 survey's and only been credited for about 20 even after submitting tickets with all of the emails and proof. So I am about done with the survey crap it is not worth the time we spend on it and in the end never get the ZP. On top of that most of them charge a dollar to verify your card or you get a million phone calls a day just to never get the ZP. -
In order to get the zp you guys need to report to the surveys' company that you actually completed their survey (most of the times). Be aware to the chargeback bans lol.
Even in the case of simple confirmation emails, the company either just ignores your request, or says the z8 points have been awarded, and I need to contact z8games...well you know where that goes. Directly into the trash basket. -

I have the exact same problem as you and it ****es me off. I've completed endless serveys (yes, completed) and never got the points. Then they ask for proof, and whne you send them proof they just demand more proof, it gets to the point where I just say **** it. Mind you I don't always get proof, because it's very tedious taking screenshots and cropping/saving over and over.
Surveys = waste of time.
I also tried the peanut one a few days ago to see if they might be different (if they work). I filled out the first 3, they were short because I didn't qualify or some **** and it said "You have received 100ZP for taking the time blah blah". Been a couple days and I still don't have my 300ZP. -

There's nothing we can do about surveys. While it might look like poor service, surveys are out of our control. You could give us an oscar winning movie based on the fact that you didn't get points from a survey and we'll still have to tell you to communicate with them. -

Depends on where you live, I live in CA,US and I earned more than 300k zp from those surveys you just have to know the tips.

Theres no such thing as free zp. You're either the buying the product or you're the product being sold.
That being said, don't expect them to deliver when you don't.
Enter legitimate information and do the steps as instructed by them, not some thread on a forum.
Failing that, contact their customer support. -

yes this game does have bad customer service, thats why i dont bother to send in support tickets because i doubt they ever get looked at, seeing all the hackers around here.. and maybe you guys should concern about the surveys. since after all its on your game... and they arent paying us for completing every thing they ask for -

here we go again... all of you people have bad customer service.. no point in taking screen shot after screen shot if theyre gunna ask for more proof and never pay.. and im pretty sure i do every thing they ask, and never get paid.. and i always contact them.. i dont get anything -
I'll never do surveys because of all the problems you guys have stated (which is true).
So, I've switched to do the download & install free software instead. Done 2 of them and received 'bout 1000 ZP already.
Of course it will take longer since the zp rewarded for those is relatively low but at least they're better than surveys to me.
