Game Freezes after trying to join server/channel/game/end game

We have no current way of reproducing this problem. We really have no idea what could be going on here. None of our test computers have been able to replicate this.
We had some server problems during the last patch, which would have explained a lot of problems joining servers and games etc. But all that has been fixed and is stable.
We're still looking in to this. But unfortunately there seems to be no eta. -

1st this game related they screw with game mechanics to ***** out more garbage.
Since when have you ever had to reformat your OS to fix a game?
That is the worst solution ever IMO , AND YES I'M having this issue too but my better
judgement and training says i don't think so [MCP ,A+ ,NET+ CCNA, CNA, SCO MCP]
It's not hardware it's not your software it's the bad coding of the game
If you would've kept on reading, my anti virus program was the thing that was preventing me to play. I had to uninstall my anti virus program. even disabling it did not work. Make sure you check your firewall/anti virus settings. -

I live in England and I can play only in UK serve , before UK serves came I was playing in all serves but now I can play only in UK serve and I am so angry with this things.
