Low fps...damn!

I decided to play again Cross Fire after a while, so yesterday i logged in but was impossible to play : 22-18 fps in 3 vs 3 and 10-8 fps in 8 vs 8 !And this is impossible because my computer is really good, i played to CF until april with 100 fps, 55 ping (ping is the same even now)...

1)My graphic card is powerful

2)i have 4 GB RAM

3) i don't have viruses or others.

So i deleted the game and downloaded again,but nothing changed...can you help me?i have a lot of really rare guns and i liked the last patch so i wanted to come back
