Yeah at the title suggest my mouse moves in a wavey motion like a heartbeat scan, not sure why this is happening only in CF but I cant play due to it. Does anyone know any solutions to this problem?

It's your polling rate.
What sort of mouse do you have? I'll try and fix you up with firmware to manually lower it.

Oh I see, the polling rate is at 1000hz is that too high for CF to understand? and I use a Razer lachesis just got it today.

Way too high, it's a pain in the butt, but you'll have to lower it to 125Hz to gain that smooth tracking back. The most I've managed to get whilst maintaining stability and smoothness is 223Hz.

If it still happens go to task manager and when in game, set affinity to your "0" core.
