The most expensive one that I can get is only $80, I might as well get it in the US. There are a couple of PSU SLI and CrossFirex that seem to be interesting. -

i just bought a 5450 ati for 20 dollars, i went from 20 fps on cf to 100 in 8 v 8s, 20 fps on LoL with low graphics to 60 with highest and 80 with low, battlefield4free at 70 fps on med, haven't ran source or 1.6 yet but i expect those to be high as well

It's something I wouldn't use to power a high costing system, why? if it fails it can take out your entire computer, so generally me and most enthusiasts recommend the highest quality power supplies.
I wouldn't call the one you just linked me to completely trash tho, but there are better options. -

Just my opinion on this one limes... I've worked with the Ultra Builders series, and haven't seen one give out yet.
They are cheap power supplies, but they are still sturdily built, and that lifetime warranty is nice. -

I'll consider them tier 2, tier 1 being any Seasonic, Corsair and some Antec's. -
Only downside about this is that I need a new Power Supply, since mine doesn't have a 6-PIN PCI-E cable (FML). But I can get a brand new 800-Watts PSU for less than $40:D
