Error Launcher

Good morning to all, I am new, I'm Haruhiko.

Here is then I want to play CrossFire, I have download the file, then I have a icon on my office " CrossFire ". I throw it and I puts Starting, then a window with marked over " HGW Game Watcher " appears, and downloading goes up to 100 % and after, the windows disappears, and nothing takes place... How I can play ? Please..
