I don't have the 1 year ribbon

Hi, my account was started in 30th April 2010, now it's 02 May...why i still don't have that ribbon?I checked twice with email-recover to see it..

No don't send...no need to..
I had same problem,got my 1year play ribbon after 15moths of play time..
so just wait,will show up.
Happened to my friends 2.

what?Well i can't wait 3 months for a ribbon that i deserved to win in the regular time o.O

If there is a problem, is right contact the Support...:/ And i really want m4 c-c *O*
