Busted

I was playing a pub in echo 8 , when I Joining the toys I realize that there is a player named D, which uses wallhack, when he was killed J began to say his score to show off, finished the game type with the score 41-5
he had been idle for 4 rounds.

In short , my point is that i never banned a hacker.
so I want to know if anyone of you who read this would be willing to help me, I have the replays and screenshots (only 2)
