1000+ Ping

I recently downloaded A.V.A (Alliance of Valiant Arms) and after i play it and try to play Crossfire I get 1000+ ping. This is only after I play A.V.A and the only way I can fix this is to restart my computer, but its a hassle to restart my computer every time I want to play Crossfire. How do I fix this?

Easy, in the bottom right you see ijji reactor?
close it, and then go into task manager and then again make sure there is nothing from ijji running such as their game optimizer, this makes all other games lag, hope that helps
