Lol well sry to hear that bro,when i was a kid my mother was saying all the time that i m adopted(which it was a lie) and i was so QQ over that.
so dont be so hard on ya.They love u,right?
If they love you that is the best thing you must know.
Even if they arent your real parents,they did gaved you everything.
Even if i was in that kind of situation i wouldnt say nohting,because they gaved theys life for me(if i was you) and i would respect that until my death. -
Sometimes it really is worth looking for your parents. Some parents feel they can not tend to you, and it'd be best for them to find you a family that can support you, and give you the life your parents actually want for you. Because they don't understand no matter what, you're family, and when you're older, you'd understand the issues, and love them no matter what. And appreciate the life you have.
It's a hard decision to make when you decide if you want to really find your parents, because if they just abandoned you because they forgot to put some rubber on, it just makes you feel horrible. But at the same time, you also have that feeling wanting to know your biological parents, you want to know who you really are.
I feel for you though, and know the feeling. Stay strong, and hope for the best to arrive. -

Family is not a bond about blood, but relation. You did entrust those people as your parents and family because you know they'll be the support for your whole life and the base of moral you'll keep later. Keep this in mind those are your real and only parents, nobody will ever be able to replace them even if those people has blood bound.

Family goes well beyond blood ties and it shouldn't matter if you were adopted.
@Dot, I see nothing wrong with being told you're adopted... if the connection is there it shouldn't matter if she finds out at 15 or 50.
I dunno bout anyone else, but I wouldn't care in the least if I was told I was adopted. It wouldn't change my feelings towards em for raising me, and I wouldn't have the slightest desire to find my "real" parents. Hell, they ARE my real parents... -
jeez i'm 21, not going to be so shocked about it, but i found it so strange, my parents look exactly like me, ehh...
oh well, not going to look for the "real" parents, i'm too old for this, and i simply do not have any interest on that.
sooo, if your parents give you a mossberg 500 when you're 18, do they love you or do they want you to shoot yourself with it? xD -

On-topic: The real parents are the one that grow you, so if you are addopted or not it shouldn't bother you. The only thing you should do is to search for your real parents for some questions. (If you want)

Now I am an older forum reader, but I am also a born Bas.**** and was fostered to a strong Catholic family of 6 children when I was 4.5 years old. Though I went off the rails at 15 and re-entered the care of the state, I still have only this one family as my light and am still a part of their ever increasing ancestry. I have never wanted to discover the dna who discarded me, I actually am thankful because the family I adopted are AWESOME! -

If they don't love you, they would tell you about it when you were a teenager ? maybe in a younger phase who knows, and then things would be hard for you to take/accept, trust me ^^this might seem hard to to take but, in many cases adoptive parents are more caring and comitted than the biological parents could ever be.
