Not really a big deal, I would however enjoy playing without hormonal teenagers, who cry when someone kills the with a (insert weapon of choice).

here we are the leader is 19 some of the mebers 16+ and some 25-20-23

As for the Sniper part; Sniping on this game, like in halo 3 and cod4 has become way too nerdy...(quickscoping, bunny sniping etc etc...)
