Hard drive help

Well, this might sound a bit strange but after I used dban and reinstall a new OS when I go to google and type in something I had before I installed it is there. Example: I type in "z8games" in google and then there will be a purple link (as if I clicked it) but after I reinstalled my OS and used dban.

Anybody know why this is happening/a way to completely wipe a drive?

P.S I use 2 hard drives, a 2tb 5900rpm and a 7200rpm 160gb.

I format both... But still...???

Shouldn't that be gone after I use DBAN though?
I used autonuke and dod (35 passes) or something like that.

Also, if you can find another monitor with 2ms response time that is around 22" that is just about $180 or less that would be great tasty.

Some apps save your settings in an outside DB, not sure if Chrome does that though.

I'm gonna presume you've already done a complete browser history deletion?

Found out it was gmail.

Gmail is connected to my yahoo through youtube. And it gives you history for some reason and you can't turn it off after a reformat.

Ahh, an outside DB then, pee me off those do, so unnecessary.
