Mav making new team

Due to the incompatibility of my previous team, mw., I decided to move on and create my own team. I am mostly leaning towards finding underdogs that haven't gotten the chance to prove themselves, since from what I can tell there few players that aren't on a team that are half decent. No team name yet, looking to see who's available first.
