Where is the real technical support of this game?

Please, just please someone enlighten me where can I find the game support for my problem.

Here is the thing:

Since 2 days ago I can't join any channel in any server, idkw.

I used the sub-forum "technical support" expecting to get some help and there is there a topic made by another player with the same problem, I think in he's case the problem is solved, but is not in mine nor for other players that posted there.

That topic got more than 5k views and 173 replays, with some players giving tips on how to solve the problem, unfortunately without success... but there is 0 (zero) replays from the staff/tecnics/wtv helping.

I also sent a ticket for ticket support describing exactly the game error and they replyed me saying to.. look for help in the forum. GG

I'm not here to flame anyone, I just want a real help from a technic or anyone that can really helping me, and the other players with the same problem.

And please, don't come here to say that there are alot of game errors with unknown problem and solution, that those errors will be fixed next patch, blablabla.

I think that ignore some players got game problems or just tell them to look for a solution on the forum is not the correct way to act, but well, that's just my point.

Now please, where can I get a real support?

nowhere this game sucks so they dont know how to help you. they only know to produce haks and mutant map ......

technical support in this game is just a bad joke! They have a saying: help yourself, because nobody will help u!

Why do you need tech support? Everyone knows if you have a problem uninstall and reinstall. Fixes 90% of all problems.

Thats why I said 90% of the time.

Maybe its ur internet? I know if I have bad internet it can take forever for it to load a server/channel

No man, it's not my internet, it's the same since i started to play this game last year, and this is the first time i get this problem..

Did you try downloading CF again?
What about checking that your ports are open, or if your Antivirus isn't blocking CF?

1: turn off your anti-virus

and than this:

Opening Ports on the Windows Firewall

First, go to Control Panel and open the Security Dialog

Click on 'Windows Firewall' under 'Manage security settings for:'

Click on the 'exceptions' tab

Click on the 'Add port' button

Here is where the magic happens

You will need to add 3 different ports, but each one twice (one for TCP and one for UDP). The name/port/protocols are as follows:

Name: Crossfire
Port: 13008
Protocol: TCP

Name: Xtrap1
Port: 10009
Protocol: TCP

Name: Xtrap2
Port: 16666
Protocol: TCP

Name: Crossfire
Port: 13008
Protocol: UDP

Name: Xtrap1
Port: 10009
Protocol: UDP

Name: Xtrap2
Port: 16666
Protocol: UDP

You will need to do the same thing but than in your router
Login in to your router and go to port forward stuff and add the ports there balblabla
to much blablbalablla just go try already >_>

@ _Sp4wn_ I tryed alot of things with my antivirus yesterday, including uninstall it but.. no sucess.

@ SamuraiMoMo I did that yesterday too, i saw that on a MOD's topic and I tryed but.. $:\$

Do you mean that you uninstalled and re-installed CF? or that you downloaded it again?

Download malwarebytes

and scan your pc for any viruses
there is a small chance.... a virus is blocking something!

I did uninstall CF and then downloaded it again and install. And then, after trying a couple things I also uninstalled the anti-virus but i couldn't play so i did install the anti-virus again.

As far as I can tell, the problem is not about the internet or anti-virus conflicts, i've tryed alot of things without sucess I think i'll have to way 'till next patch and then download the game again.. let's see what will happens.

cpu / gpu

btw 2 days o.O it would take 30min to 1 hour to install new OS.

Where is the real technical support of this game?
