There could be a few things factoring in here. One namely an increase amount of tickets in this section being the main one.

Secondly, make sure to check to see if you have been responded to and they are looking for more information. You will get ignored if you don't provide enough information.

Additionally, please review this post. Losing your account is your own fault and we are not obliged to give it back if we can't prove the details.

I sent all the information they ask in suppor example.
Login, secret answer, email, creation date, two proofs of zp, ip, all that is asked on the site and do not respond? need something else thanks.

That's your fault in my opinion. If you gave your account information away and get it stolen, how is it Z8's responsibility to give it back to you?? They do there best, also 7 days is not a lot of time at all.
