Install wont come up

Well, i had to remove crossfire for several reasons i cannot list, but anyways i wish to reinstall it, i download the installer and i try to open it and it doesnt come up, but shows in task managers Processes. Why does it do this?

P.S. I've checked in the common errors and it doesn't display this.
