ZP Transaction Cancelled, but was charged.

Now, before anyone says - "Use Support, etc". I already have done that, the reason I am posting is wondering if anyone knows a possible solution.

I bought ZP today, at the value of 79.99$ for a birthday present (27th = birthday. ^^]) and I used Click and Buy, and did what I normally did. At the end, it said the transation was cancelled, and went to my statement to make sure, and it says I was charged 81.30$ (Due to Currency Transfers) and I didn't recieve any ZP, and the transation on Click and Buy said cancelled.

Help?

I contacted VISA, and they said they allowed the transaction as the card is valid, and registered. -.-
