Support Ticket

I don't understand your support system what so ever. What's the point of a ticket if you never get back to it? This is the second once I've opened up trying to get one of my accounts back. The first one took 3 days, and the second I believe is going on 4 days now. I thought somewhere along the way that it was supposed to take 1-2 business days. I don't want to sound like an impatient ass, so I apologize. I just want my account back to get playing again.

P.S: The first person who answered the first ticket I made was no help at all. What the hell is the response, "This account ID does not exist." Well no duah? I was trying to find out the id. The individual then closed my ticket and that was all the response I got.
