Wrong Purchase

I was planning to buy ZP for my main account, Hesitate, or Zaeya, but I was logged into this account, which is my alt account, and purcased 20,000ZP for the wrong account. I want to transfer the ZP to my main account, and I haven't touched the ZP since the purchase. What should I do? Please help me, I don't want to make another purchase on my main.

Yeah, that's me right there ^ I just logged into my main, which was the account I was supposed to buy ZP for. Someone please help me. Should I just send in a support ticket in the following category?
Account>Billing/Purchases>Others>Credit/Debit Card.
I paid via Social Gold. The transaction ID is the Order ID sent to you via email, right?

i don't think you can, or you can just do a bunch of survey on multiple acc and transfer all to your main, it doesn't allow transferring of any kind since the goods can be obtain without real life money!

Please understand that all ZP purchases are FINAL. Once it is in an account, it can't be transfered to other accounts. The only thing you may do with your ZP is purchase items in the web mall or ingame item shop/black market.

The ONLY transfer that one can make is to donate it to your clan bank... but once it is there, you cannot retrieve it and place it into individual accounts... it is the clan's money now.

Maybe if you showed proof of ownership of BOTH accounts they may make some kind of exception... but DO NOT take my word for it.

I can prove ownership of both accounts. I made both of them, I have my security answer and question and registered email + account creation date all ready to give.

First off, stop replying with the different accounts, it can lead to an infraction by trying to discretely bumping your thread to the top, which you are doing btw.

Second, have you even sent the support ticket with proof?

Third: Asking for help from an official and not even taking his help is pretty stupid. Stop posting here and start typing your support ticket.
