Someone keylogged me!
Dear Gm's Or Mod,
Last 4 days ago at the morning at 3am my account got key logged but i wasnt even using any hack or anything but when i was playing SnD something said "Someone has logged on your account"
My account was 1st Lieutenant lvl 2
i can tell my details id and security answer but my email address got change + the pass their for i couldn't reset my account
.
Can anyone help me out any GM/MOD 'S ??

Well if you can see that your account has indeed been hijacked, then submit a support ticket showing proof of ownership of the account.
They most likely will disable it during the time, and you will probably want to change your password.
And how do you know you have been keylogged? hmmm? :cool: -

i tried to send a ticket but it only says my account this account not my other account ?
how do i send a support ticket by my other account that has be keylogged .
the only thing i can think of is that i have no anti virus/i never gave my pass n id to any!! -
I just want to clarify something;
"Someone has logged on your account" This doesn't mean you are keylogged.Keystroke logging (often called keylogging) is the action of tracking (or logging) the keys struck on a keyboard, typically in a covert manner so that the person using the keyboard is unaware that their actions are being monitored.
if you didn't download and run anything malicious, then you are not keylogged, most likely you fall for a zp scam. -
well it is key logged
im the only one who knows the security answer and pass and other thing else!
and i only run Gamebooster and i had no anti virus i was key logged caz after i got sign out of the game i tried to sign in the game but it said "Invalid ID OR PASS"
so i went to forgotten pass/id/security answer and i typed in my email but the email was change and my pass was change o.o -
if your email is changed then they know your security answer too.... You do not type your security answer randomly so they have not got the information using a key logger they have got it another way, cmon admit it you fell for the 'you nedz fre zeepee' scam....

Ok i can admit but i gotten scammed >_< and i cant send a ticket caz i cant log in to my acc were it was been hck and email and pass was change !!!

you finally admitted to fall to a zp scam.
Well kiss your account good-bye... unless you can access that original account long enough to send a ticket with it... which wouldn't matter because most likely the scammer would see it as well... meh.

I can change my E-mail with the sequrity answer to my account.
BUT, when I'm trying to leave a clan and put someone else as LT or leader,
IT DOES NOT WORK!!!
Do you have any idea of what might be the problem ?
PS: Don't answer me "You problaby typed wrong, try again",
because I have double checked it at least 40 times and even
copied the sequrity answer from my registration e-mail,
and it still sais "Sorry, the sequrity question answer is incorrect"... -

Sure thing Bob, if you got the keylogger from another site that is not related to CF or gaming whatsoever, you wouldn't have lost your account. I don't think the person who got your info would download CF and screw up your account just for the sake of it, unless that person deals with hacks. You get my pont....
