Hm i think there is no acc that someone didnt get zps on hes/hers acc :S
so there is no acc like that so basicly sry but answer is no.there is no higher rank acc with gp weapons

i know some people got to high levels capt/maj with only gp guns... not going to say they never used zp, just no blackmarket guns.
