Second, Ugly song choice on the Youtube link, just a personal opinion thrown out there.

Third, Are you running CF as an administrator? Check by right-clicking the shortcut or program, look for and click Properties, then click the Compatibility Tab. From there, look towards the bottom of the window to see the Privilege Level, make sure the check box is checked.

If you continue to see this error, maybe you need to reinstall the game. See this thread for help on doing that:
